Our ability to repair and overhaul linear actuators is greatly enhanced by our OEM factory-new King Nutronics Auto Linear Actuator Test Stand with zero to 5000 lb. load capacity and a 36 inch stroke. Our in-house engineered linear load fixtures/tables can read as low as one ounce or as high as 85,000 lbs.
Our fully automated Universal Fuel Test Stand has the capability of 100,000 PPH flow, static pressures up to 1000psi, and has a constant 10 micron filter. The digital controls and measurment displays enable precise accuracy, and the ability to test over 20 different model pumps with just the touch of a few buttons. Virtually any current model inline fuel pump can be tested with the stand's high and low flow connections. The ultramodern stand is plumed, wired, and ready to add future model pumps. Static pressure testing capabilities are unlimited for rotary, gate, fueling and defueling valves.
